Arpino lies at 30 km from Frosinone and at 120 km from Rome and Naples. It can be easily reached from Abruzzo and from the Adriatic slope.
By car.
From Rome: motorway A1
(Milano/Napoli), exit at Frosinone. Then take the freeway Frosinone/Sora, exit at Castelliri (15 km) and follow the signs to Arpino (some 10 km).
From Naples: motorway A1 (Milano/Napoli), exit at Ceprano, follow the signs to Arce/Sora up to the SS 82 of the Liri Valley (some 6 km). After 7 km towards Sora there is the roadfork to Arpino.
From the Adriatic slope: motorways A24 (Rome/Teramo) and A25 (Rome/Pescara),
exit at Avezzano. Then take the freeway Avezzano/Sora/Cassino, exit at Broccostella and follow the signs (9 km)
By bus: CO.TRA.L. runs dayly bus services from Rome/P.le Anagnina to Frosinone and Sora with the Arpino connection at Isola del Liri. The services between Sora, Isola del Liri and Arpino are increased during school time and at rush hours.
By train: Railway line Rome/Naples via Cassino and stop at Frosinone
